CyberAudit

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. Service Provider and Acceptance

CyberAudit is operated by TIRO-ALP Advertising S.R.L., Str. Știrbei Vodă 154, Bl. 26A, Bucharest, Romania, CUI 41754591, Trade Registry J40/13646/11.10.2019. Contact: contact@tiro-alp.com.

These Terms govern access to CyberAudit, including free previews, paid scans, accounts and reports. By using the service, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights applicable under law.

2. Nature of CyberAudit

CyberAudit provides automated, externally observable website and network security diagnostics. Its findings reflect technical conditions detectable at the time of assessment. Results may change and may contain false positives, false negatives or incomplete information.

CyberAudit is not a penetration-testing engagement, continuous security monitoring service, security certification, guarantee of protection, or substitute for professional security assessment.

3. Authorization to Scan

You must have lawful authorization to assess every website, domain, host or system submitted to CyberAudit. Public accessibility, technical reachability or knowledge of a domain name does not establish authorization.

Authorization may come from ownership or from valid permission granted by the person or organization entitled to authorize testing. Users must respect the scope and conditions of that permission and all applicable laws.

Users must not use CyberAudit to target systems without authorization, disrupt services, evade security controls or conduct unlawful activities. We may refuse, restrict or suspend scans reasonably suspected of abuse or unauthorized use.

4. Scan Operation and Reports

Scans are automated and depend on external connectivity, target configuration and available technical signals. A scan may fail or be incomplete due to network conditions, protective controls, third-party services or technical errors.

Reports are provided for technical assessment and remediation planning. Users remain responsible for independently evaluating findings, obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary, and deciding what changes to implement.

5. Plans and Limits

Paid plans are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. They do not renew automatically. Unused scan credits expire at the end of the applicable validity period. Subsequent logins do not restart that period. Any different terms explicitly granted to existing customers remain applicable to their existing entitlements.

A scan counts against the paid allowance only after successful completion and confirmation of a valid report by the platform. Failed or incomplete attempts without a confirmed valid report do not consume paid scan credits.

6. Accounts and Access

Users must provide accurate account information, safeguard access credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized account use. Following plan expiry, further paid scans may be unavailable, although previously generated reports may remain accessible while retained by the service.

Access to historical reports is not guaranteed indefinitely and remains subject to applicable retention, security and operational requirements.

7. Payments and Consumer Rights

Prices and applicable taxes are presented during purchase. Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, they remain governed by mandatory law and the Refund Policy.

Where permitted by law, a consumer may expressly request that service performance begin during the statutory withdrawal period. Beginning service, activating an account or completing a single scan does not automatically mean that the entire paid plan has been fully performed.

Where the law provides for loss of withdrawal rights following full performance, the relevant statutory conditions, including required prior consent and acknowledgment, must be satisfied. Where applicable, a lawful withdrawal after expressly requested early performance may involve proportionate payment for services already provided.

8. Intellectual Property

CyberAudit software, branding, interfaces and proprietary assessment methods are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Customers may use their legitimately obtained reports for internal assessment and share them with authorized staff, clients or professional advisers. Reports must not be misrepresented as security certifications or official regulatory approvals.

9. Availability and Limitations

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, detection of every vulnerability, prevention of cyberattacks or a particular security outcome.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized user activity, misuse of reports, changes to third-party systems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any contractual limitation of liability applies only where legally enforceable and does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules applicable in the customer's country of residence. Consumers retain access to courts and remedies provided by applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated where required by law. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired.
